Why the GWM Hover

I have also been thinking of buying a Great Wall Hover but wasn't sure if a Scorpio or second hand Fortunner or X Trail might be better. Why did you choose to buy the Hover and not something else? When are you going to start writing about your experiences with the car.

Andy's reply: I must say it was a hard choice and the Scorpio definitely had appeal. My wife had a Toyota and it has recently been sold as it was nothing but trouble so that was out and I had a friend who had all sorts of problems with his X Trail and zero service from Nissan
