GWM

by Duka
(Northern Cape)

I Think are making a great buy! I personally think that the Fortuner is heavily overpriced. I went to take a look at the GWM Hover and was very impressed!!

I currently have a Mahindra Scorpio 2.6 GLX Diesel SUV and at 60000km no problems to report.

What I am trying to say is that don't shoot down vehicles manufactured in China or India. Just because it is not what we know, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, does not mean it is a bad product. Just read the hundreds of threads on bad experiences from Fortuner owners,Faulty injectors, Bad handling, instability, bad clutch, bad after sales service etc. I was a loyal Toyota fan, but the Mahindra Scorpio looked very attractive in terms of price and value for money. I haven't looked back and will definitely buy Mahindra again. I am looking to add a 4X4 Hover to my current vehicle fleet as it looks like a very capable vehicle and the price is just right!

I think GWM are going to make inroads into the sales of Isuzu, Toyota, Ford, Mazda and Nissan.

Andy's reply I agree fully with you, the GWM Hover is a vehicle that could well become a classic. I think once you own one you become a fanatic of the brand.
